I need to start that for a different room cathegory the score might have been higher
A friend had recommended this hotel so I was quite excited and decided to splurge and treat us to a junior suite for a special occasion. Wrong decision definitively not worth the money. The suite we got was ground floor with barely any natural light and that only if you don’t mind the people in the garden being able to watch you in bed while they have their breakfast. Overall the room felt really dark and oppressing with significant wear and tear already showing considering the hotel is only about a year old at this stage with water damage,peeling wall paper and lots of chipped paint. Also it is quite loud as you can hear either the kitchen or a supply closet and every step in the room above. We asked to switch rooms and even though we were happy to take a room in a lower category which was available we couldn’t switch. Breakfast was ok but service kept bringing the wrong things.

The hotel has been recently opened and the facilities are newly renovated. The room was lovely and luxurious, everything was very clean. Probably the best shower I have ever had in a hotel, it was a spacious rain shower with ambient lighting. The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially loved the garden. We would stay there again.
Looking forward to our stay 15-22 May 2021 for our honeymoon. Excess Venice looks amazing. This will be our dream vacation.
Impressive luxury hotel in the very center of Venice. Here for business but I'm willing ti came back for holiday. Top quality staying and service in a historical Building.
