This is a well positioned and welcoming boutique hotel,owned by the same family as the Flora. Lots of exotic and luxurious furniture and decoration and the bonus of air conditioning. Not expensive by Venetian standards in a quiet street. Lovely breakfast in small flowery courtyard. Handy for nearby Campo San Stefano, which is a relaxing place to drink and eat, plus one of the best gelateria in the city
Great location, wonderful staff, and I thought the breakfast spread was very nice. The one issue I had was with the bathroom and it seems like other travelers experienced this as well. The shower was tight, but that's almost to be expected. The bigger issue was that the water didn't drain properly and the shower basin is very shallow. Hopefully this is an easy fix for the hotel. We had a very enjoyable stay otherwise.

Fantastic family owned hotel with charming staff and a delicious breakfast. Great location in central Venice, and easy to get to most things. Lovely complimentary tea, cake and coffee laid out in the afternoons and an honesty bar if you need a drink. The rooms are elegantly decorated and cool what with the aircon. Love that they support plastic free Venice and have great recommendations (we found out about a nearby classical music concert from reception). Would stay again in a heartbeat and heartily recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Small hotel with excellent, helpful, personable staff. The rooms are beautifully furnished with antiques and there are lovely common areas where it is nice to enjoy a cup of coffee or wine. The rooms and bathrooms are also comfortable. They have a small library of travel guides and a library of old fiction paperbacks (possibly those left behind by guests). The breakfast is simple and delicious.
