Located in the Primorski Park, Hotel Duchess it's a few minutes walk to the beach through the park. The hotel is very clean and quiet with nice hosts.
Although located in the Sea Garden, half of the rooms face a heavily trafficked and noisy boulevard.
The maintenance is somewhat negligent. The ventilation in the bathroom was poor, and there was mold on the walls. The furniture is dated and worn off.
The staff was helpful and friendly. It was also convenient for walks in the Sea Garden.
The whole stuff are really amazing, very lovely and gentle people and make everything possible to make you feel good during your stay.
The location is very close to the Delphinarium and is in the sea garden itself.
Right across the hotel there is a great restaurant the white house.
The rooms are very nice decorated and stylish and are sparkly clean. There is a big TV in the rooms.
I can definitely recommend the hotel.
Peaceful and friendly, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble. Our room was unique - quirky but perfect for a couple. And the location- great.
We had a room with a separate entrance in the cellar of the hotel, which was great. The room has everything we need and way clean and had a nice bathroom.
However I don't give 5 stars because for this price I would definitely expect a way better breakfast as well as a hint that the distance to the beach is bee line. Actually if you want to go to the beach it is a 25 minutes walk and/or 5 minute drive with the car.
