Nice Hide away with great staff super clean and quiet for relaxing by fantastic pool or short walk taxi bus or shuttle to beach, great Bulgarian restaurant, night clubs.

Dinko at Reception was super as well - helpful kind and thoughtful that I decided to stay more nights at Kristal instead of getting accommodations in beach front hotels that are not as quiet or cozy as Kristal.
Wonderful restful hotel with night club and beaches no.end away. I will be back and bring friends!
The pictures are old, it doesn't look as good anymore it's pretty run down. The pool is really small and shared with the other buildings and after 14:00 it's overshadowed. The staff was quite rude and the breakfast poor. Changed the hotel after the first night

A clean, comfortable hotel in St. Constantine and Helena resort. I can recommend it.
Location is good, but unfortunately close to a quite busy street which you can only hear when windows or balcony are open and it's not that disturbing. The breakfast could have a bigger choice but is ok and also from the taste perspective absolutely ok. The staff is super nice and speaks multiple languages which is really helpful. The rooms have a Victorian style which I personally really like but you can tell, that the equipment is lacking a bit of service here and there. Overall I would recommend it if you're not looking for an outrageous luxury hotel with 5 star breakfast etc but rather enjoy the simplicity and the city or beach
