good service and near the bus station.
The staff is terrible, the guy on reception is asking all kind of personal questions. Like "where are you going? For what are you leaving the hotel" and they lock the main ( and only) entrance,so you need to wake him up every time you want to leave the place.... like a dorm.... stay away from this place. There are stains on the bed blanket .
Small parking. Unkind receptionist.
Quite a nice hotel - located neither far from the city center, nor from the beach. A nice interior, easy to get around, clean and comfortable rooms. Unfortunately, the overall first impression was not the best. The receptionist was not as quick and efficient as we’d liked her to be. Furthermore, the free parking the hotel offered was a line-up of cars inside of a garage entrance. Therefore, if anybody wanted to pull their car out of it, they’d have to make sure all cars before them got moved as well. Quite a trouble for which we did not use our parking space.
Very nice price-quality budget hotel, very near from the autogara or bus station and the big mall, very well connected to the city downtown and the beaches by the local buses transportation, the rooms are super cozy with all the furniture very well displayed, the breakfast it's quite complete with the fresh products always available and the best of the hotel is the service, Alex the chief, will be always aware of your necessities to help you by the best way possible, the receptionist are very helpful too, (Boyana and Ivaniya). Only one thing that I can complain , it's that sometimes during the nights the rooms get a little bit cold during this winter months, but it's just a detail that I forgot to advise to the administration, anyway I give it 5 stars, and looking forward to return soon during the summer season
