It's nothing more than a 3-star hotel, but clean, spacy and comfortable. Workers were extremely polite.
But the room required to use air conditioner to warm up, windows are pretty thin.
I totally enjoyed staying here. It is a small nice hotel with an elevator. Despite not very impressive exterior of the building there was brand new interior with very clean and cozy rooms.
I was so impressed by very friendly, helpful and kindly staff.
Location is perfect, very close to the beach, park and parties zone (bars and nightclubs) and at the same time not so far from the down town. Everything you can reach by foot.
The only thing that I wasn't satisfied with a bit boring breakfast - every single day they offer eggs with fried sausages and potatoes. Good thing about breakfast -every second day they make pancakes.
I would totally recommend this hotel!

Had a great time here! Staff is super friendly, rooms are new and clean. Beach is only 25 metres across the street.
Breakfast is awful . In the morning it smells everywhere of burned eggs , especially in the rooms . The bathroom's smell bad , of sewage . Also don't pay extra for seaview because there are two trees in front of the hotel that block the view from every room .
