Pro: nice view. Spacious rooms
Against:we got different types of room than ones we booked. One of the room had a pair of uderwear on the floor, but everything was solved in minutes.the other room had the drainage clogged
Good service and location .
The hotel and facilities are good, but out check out was a mess. I already payed in advance for my stay and the receptionist had no idea what I was talking about. After they figured it out no apologies or whatsoever. Our minibar in the room was dirty and she didn’t care when I tried to tell her. Air conditioning in the room didn’t work. Bathroom is outdated.
Very relaxing. Close by a lot of things. Very good personal. Nice pool and good prices for drinks/food. Its not new but worth the money. Only thing that really bother was one life guard wo was very hard to childeren, no jumping no ball, come on its high season and there are lots of childeren. Let them play. We visited sea garden, zoo, aqua house etc. Used triuph taxi what was perfect.Lidl waking distance very nice. We where in appartment self catering was perfect.
After a little hiccup we have come back and used the spa as we always do and was fantastic. Also had a meal in the restaurant and it was outstanding! Staff all pleasant and we had fruit delivered and drinks and a true effort was made to put everything right.
