Great hotel. Location is central but not on a noisy street. Very safe.The rooms are spacious and decorated with a lot of taste. Breakfast is brought in the room at the desired hour. The staff is very welcoming, helpful and speaks perfectly English. Would highly recommend
Incredible hotel, very well located. Rooms are large and very design. The shower is great too. Breakfast in bed served every morning. Recommend 100%
Tourists beware! DANGEROUS Region! I parked my simple rental car in front of the Augusta Hotel in Valparaiso, Chile to stay at the hotel and ask if they could put an extra bed for my friend. I asked the hotel employee if it was safe to leave my car outside but did the procedure, he informed me that the area was super safe. Lie! They broke the glass of my car, and took EVERYTHING! ALL MY BAGS! Chileans lie when they say that the Valparaiso region is safe and that is a lack of respect for tourists who are going on holiday in the country and end up having unfortunate and violent moments. And they did not help us.
Very helpful staff , boutique hotel, excellent location in a hill overlooking the bay . The #6 panoramic room has a wonderful view of the bay and murals. The manager Karen helped us to reserve a local city guide to tour the city and a side trip to veramonte winery on our way to Santiago, good job! The hotel itself is also well decorated with old furniture and modern amenities!
We had a lovely stay. Beautiful rooms with fantastic attention to detail. Must stay if you’re in town.
