Restaurant (not hotel): overpriced and not fresh. The fish was lukewarm, fries sloppy. Waiter was really friendly and view spectacular, however stick to drinks (which were also very expensive: beer from a can 4000 pesos).

Pro: good friendly service, early check in possible (with surcharge), comfy bed and nice view from the balcony. breakfast is good.
Contra: absolutely no sleep! It was celebrated the whole night in front of the hotel. In the beginning there was music and dancing. I really liked that ☺️✌From 3am to 8am! however, only noise was produced with wooden sticks and very very bad rap. The guy should absolutely look for another hobby. If you are looking for peace then you can't stay overnight here.

Good atention and food menus
I love this hotel with one extremely major reservation, it's very very loud. The hotel has a very bohemian feel and is quite beautiful. The rooms have character but are still very clean. The views are quite amazing too, day and night. During the day you can view the cemetery of the dissidents and at night you can see lights forever. The staff is very nice and helpful. The one, possibly, very negative attribute is quality of sleep. On Saturdays the restaurant in the hotel is loud and open late (people were still dining well past 12). There is very little noise insulation inside so you will hear everyone in the restaurant and all the plates smashing around even later as they clean up the restaurant to close. Then you will hear the same dishes and general commotion as the restaurant is set for breakfast at 8 am. You might think this gives you maybe a 7 hour window to sleep however that ignores that this hotel is in the center of street life. Currently it's quite nice from my balcony listening to music at 10pm on a Sunday but I don't know when it will end. On Saturday night (Sunday morning) people were out with a very loud boom box until sometime after 5am. Needless to say, as a light sleeper I'm running on empty. I'd recommend this hotel only to deep sleepers and those who wish to party until sunrise. For travelers who might have a need to sleep or wake early I would recommend finding a hotel off the beaten path that does not have a restaurant.
My review is only based on the restaurant. We chose this spot for lunch due to the view and the outdoor patio seating. Our group a varirty of dishes from pizzas to soups, and sea food. We all enjoyed our meals and the service we received was friendly.
