Residential place to live and enjoy in peace. This is not an Hotel, if you come here as AB&B or booking will be welcome, but respect the silence and tranquility of the residents that lives here. There is a regulatory to norm the convivence, fines can be applied to offender.

Very good location near all Cerro Alegre. Modern buildings with very friendly custodians.
