I’m from the United States and this was my first experience in Chile. This is the first of several places I will be staying on my extended vacation. This truly is a hidden gem. It may not look like much on the outside and it’s on a long, narrow street at the top of a hill; however- looks are deceiving. From the start, we were greeted by very friendly staff and the staff was great throughout the stay!! Very accommodating, friendly staff. Older quaint building, very beautiful and clean inside! Free delicious breakfast! Comfortable bed! Spa with massage was relaxing and wonderful! I would recommend to all and would definitely stay here again myself.
There was no one else in the hotel and they put us in the smallest room with very low ceilings on the first floor. The shower does not get very hot. Staff is very nice. The view from the common area is good. You always have to wait for someone to open the front door, as it's locked. It feels more like a hostel than a B&B.
I loved it .. it is a beautiful hotel with wonderful views .. very delicious food and fresh fish, as well as quite good drinks. Very friendly and concerned staff. Everything clean and beautiful rooms. Very good spa service as well as affordable prices. Unfortunately it was a short time but we will be back soon! 100% recommendable
Excellent attention, beautiful views of Valparaíso, comfortable facilities and a wonderful patio that I hope to visit again soon.
