We stayed at the hotel over this weekend and it was fantastic. It was so clean and the staff were very friendly.
The room was beautiful with a small balcony overlooking the street.
The location is the most central you can get, but there is no noise from the street. There's loads of fantastic options for food and drinks nearby.
The pool on the roof is very small, but you wouldn't normally expect to even have a pool on a city centre roof like this!
The staff are very attentive and provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. All of the bar tenders, chef, front desk team, and house keeping went above and beyond to ensure my family was comfortable. Truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The hotel is well decorated and clean. Many measures are taken to minimize COVID spread.
Wonderful hotel in the center of beautiful Valencia and right around the corner from the main shopping areas. Rooms are modernist and well equipped and the staff is attentive. Worth visiting the 6th floor cocktail bar and restaurant, where cocktail genius Lucca guides you through his encyclopedic knowledge of the art of cocktails.
Beautifully renovated hotel that feels straight out of the 1920s. We were warmly welcomed by the director of the hotel for checkin. The rooftop bar is a must where there is no menu and Lucca makes made-to-order cocktails based on your tastes while explaining a bit about the hotel. Covid measures were well explained and respected. The breakfast included in the rate was delicious and a selection of toast, pastries, cold cuts, cheeses and fresh fruit was brought to each individual table in lieu of a buffet. I would definitely stay again.
Absolutely amazing outfit of the hotel. But this is an AC hotel it comes with less service, no gym (corona) and a very simple breakfast
