Location was absolutely perfect..right next to the central merkat. Old town very charming and great vibe. Rooms were large and comfortable...shower pressure could have been better and the hotel pool is deceptively small. Other than these small issues the hotel was great!
This hotel is lovely, great location and clean but what makes it stand out is that the service is exceptional. It was my birthday whilst I was there, I get a knock on the door thinking it is housekeeping and there is a gent there with a bottle of champagne and choccies, I was astounded. Such a thoughtful surprise. The lady on reception was so helpful. Will stay there again.
Perfect hotel, well located and with great covid measures
Excellent hotel, conveniently located near Central Market. All of the historic places are only a few minutes walk from here.
The staff are very friendly. Javier at the dining area was a star. In fact all members are very friendly.
The rooms are well proportioned and the service is swift. Hotel has a swimming pool on 5th floor.
One small suggestion from me is : the front seat staff need to be more familiar with historic importance of this city. Since there is no travel desk, this would be useful.

Location location, very friendly and professional staff, clean, good breakfast. The reason i do not give it a 5* rating is because the bed was not comfy and the desk hardly useable for someone that has to keep up with work in between enjoying this beautiful city
