The hotel is very well placed. Very nice and attentive people. The cozy restaurant with a simple menu but with very good dishes.
We liked it a lot and I give it 5 stars despite the fact that the room faced the air conditioning units and made some noise. That is quite spacious.
A very cozy little hotel in the heart of Valencia.
The receptionist is a charm !! Very very friendly, he helped us a lot to get to know the area and recommended us very well.
The hotel was very clean and quite adequate in terms of value for money.
In July 2020, my husband and I stayed at this hotel. I'm not a fan of writing comments at all, but now I just consider it my duty to do so. I want to say we really liked the hotel. We stayed in the "comfort" room, clean, new room, wonderful shower for two, excellent layout, shower, toilet and washbasin, all necessary bathroom and kitchen utensils, new microwave oven, spacious refrigerator. The location is great in the center. The cleaning is excellent, towels are changed every day. We were in a car, there is a closed parking, book for earlier it helps a lot. But the most important thing of this hotel is the staff. We travel a lot and believe me to meet such sympathetic people is just a gift. At the reception we were inhabited by a Spanish woman, I don't remember exactly the name, but this woman is pretty, smiles laughs jokes and completely told us everything, you can immediately see a good person. And in the evening she was replaced by a Russian-speaking girl Natasha. Natasha, we were very happy to talk. The man who told everything about Valencia where to go, where to go, what to see, where to swim. We were even there where we had not planned. We took her advice and never regretted it. Thank you so much. By the way, Nashata knows what kind of Spanish woman I am writing for and I hope she will convey our words of gratitude to her. Thank you very much to all the staff. The only thing that needs to be improved in this hotel is the Internet, but it was not very important for us since we were walking all the time
Positive:
-Comfortable bed, dinner menu and breakfast were quite good.
Negative:
- LACK OF CLEANING: We took the Deluxe room with hydromassage bathtub .... When we got in, we observed remains of wax around the bathtub of other guests, when we turned on the hydromassage, it smelled bad, and a petal came out that was not ours. We were pretty grossed out. So we decided to go to the shower and ... Foot mat dirty and towels smelled bad.
- It is unfortunate that in a Deluxe room there is such a SMALL TV, badly positioned and old that you cannot put Netflix on it.
- Quite painful views.
- Air conditioning not working well and we had to call because we could not turn it off.
- Telephone from before prehistory.
- No soundproofing, I could perfectly hear the conversations of the other guests.
- Unwelcoming neighborhood.
A discovery. Clean, neat, spacious rooms, well decorated. Everything easy. And the reception people a 10, friendly, resolute and very friendly. We highly recommend it !!
