Well, it's a nice hotel clean, check in though is late and we waited almost 4 hours to get our rooms from 12pm. Couldn't sleep after, as the doors don't have noise reduction and you can hear every step on the hallway. Doors need improvement!!! Ouh and if you want to go to swimming pool, people place their towels early morning and go to breakfast was frustrated about it. And pool bar could get a better drinks recipes. Didn't feel very welcome. But hotel is beautiful.
Everything perfect @ Las Arenas, from room to bathroom, from restaurant to pool, from gym to parking, thank you. We will be back very soon.

It could do with a few improvements to really push it up to an amazing experience including better Internet, being less stingey with coffees in the room and having less expensive soft drinks (which are significantly higher in comparison to London), but overall a good experience.
The hotel is super! The only crack on the image, was the fact, that the rule”long trousers during the dinner” wasn’t obeyed. I find the “buffet dinner” also the dinner. I came just to this hotel to be among people who behave properly.
