perfect place and perfect people! We spent a very nice journey at the hotel, everybody is very respectful and helpful, the rooms are big and the restaurant really good! On top of that they really respect all the health attentions due to the covid-19 situation, that is really a good point in this period! I hope to come back soon!
Real lovely, cozy hotel in the center or Valencia. Super nice and sweet staff. Warm rooms ( that's a plus). Warm gym ( a slight minus), 2 lovely outside terraces and a beautiful park near by. (only) tesla electric car charger. Dog friendly (massive plus in spain !)
Hello !to nihgt we have been in the hotel hospes Palau de mare ,i have go to restaurante wiht my wife to the restaurante, and and the service it was horrible they treat us so bad.and alo the Food 0
The hotel looks really nice and staff is really attentive and gentle.
Unfortunately, this is a 4* hotel not 5*.
The shower pipe is to small for a 5* hotel,
The sauna is very black and not very hot. Being obviously old, he needs to be maintained.
We had no bath towels in our room when we arrived and the bathrobes from the spa are obviously not new.
Nevertheless, the massage area is super nice and treatments were very professional, the localisation is perfect, and again, the staff was gentle, helping and attentive.
We had a good stay in this hotel. My rating are only because of the expectations created by the 5 stars when the hotel is a good 4 star in my opinion. You can definitely not compare this to a Four Season for example.
We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. It is situated in a great location with easy access to transport like buses and the metro.
The staff were really friendly and gave us excellent service.
We highly recommend you stay at Hospes Palau de la Mar on your next trip to Valencia!
