Great for families. Was there when our child was a baby and they made sure To set us up with a crib and gave us the best view in the place! A relaxed part of Valencia beach area that is gorgeous and that is not so crazy because it is on the end. You can walk everywhere to get good food and go to the market And just take a relaxing walk. We were in Valencia over Christmas and the holidays and they have a great fair/festival
Very nice and cozy hotel with a very loft style. The surrounding area and access to the beach are quite nice. The rooms are spacious and clean. Things to work upon would probably be service and common areas such as the pool or jacuzzi.
One thing I loved about this hotel was the Aloe plants they grow outside. Aloe is such a healing plant to make available to the public, I’m great full to them for growing it. I was recently in Miami and got a sunburn—walking around for miles didn’t find any building growing Aloe— so you have to go into a pharmacy and buy aloe that has been processed and bottled in plastic— just because landscapers want to grow leafy tropical plants instead of a very practical, generous magical plant. This alone makes hotel Neptuno a great place.

Gave us a upgrade on sea facing room.
Jacuzzi and Turkish bath are must.
Ladies was a bit rude but any way its a nice place. Food is average.
