Excellent check in, clean, professional staff. If I had so say something, one small fridge in the room it is necessary, especially during this pandemia. Will be back soon.
We are a couple and stayed seven days in the hotel during our summer holidays in Valencia Jul/Aug 2020. The hotel has a great location, is close to the city centre, markets and public transport. Besides being right in front of the Turia park river. The hotel is exactly as it is in the clean and comfortable photos. The breakfast is simple and good. But best of all is the staff! Mr. Senen and Mr. Jose Maria were amazing, helped us in the itinerary of the trip gave us tips on where to go and eat and were true hosts. I recommend this place for everything but mainly for the amazing hosting!
This is one of the best and most value for money places I have ever been in my life and I travel a lot! Willing personnel to help the customers, clean rooms and nicely decorated.
Great and lovely hotel. One of the best places we have stayed in for this price range. Great and very helpfull staff, really amazing people. The breakfast was ok. The bathroom very clean. Room very clean and quiet. Good wifi. Close to both the city centre and the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias. Bus station at max 50 m and metro at 3-4 bus stations away. Good restaurants nearby. Got from the airport to the hotel in about 40 min via metro and the bus - could easily walk from the metro station (max 10-15 min through the lovely Jardin the Turia park) but it was raining when we where there...so we prefered the bus. Great experience, would absolutely recommend Hografic when in Valencia!
