The place exceeded our expectations. It was obvious that staff is making everything you feel comfortable and making your stay unforgettable! Our stay was very short but we won't forget effort Maria and Daniel had done for us and I'm sure they doing for every guest staying at the hotel. Next time we in Valencia it would be in Palacio Reina Victoria hotel! Thank you!
Great hotel and services. Although in a very old building without their own parking, they have an agreement with Parking Lauri, 3 minutes of walking from the hotel which becomes convenient. People are so willing to help, staff speaks English and there wasn't a language barrier at all. Being placed in the heart of Valencia, all the points of interest are in an radius of 700-1000m around the hotel. The card key holder contains a small map which is very helpful, something I haven't came across yet at the hotels I stayed at. Breakfast is not the most diversified but is always fresh and tasty. For me it wouldn't be a show stopper, not even close. Definitely I recommend One Shot Reina Victoria.
Lovely. Great view from balcony. Excellent location. Friendly helpful staff. Hotel room was spotlessly clean . Definitely recommend.
Nice hotel and great value for money. In the heart of Valencia city quite close to Valencia Nord station. Very friendly staff and great service. Breakfast was good too, although I would recommend eating out as near the hotel there are plenty of brunch places and cafes. Overall, highly recommend staying at One Shot Riena Valencia!
Staff so pleasant and helpful. Hotel in a great spot to centre plaza. Don't know about food as we always ate out. Nice room except too near elevator so was noisy during the night
