The hotel is well located, with friendly staff. I’m not sure if it’s just our room or the entire hotel, but the noise from the bar next door is definitively a factor. Our stay is 4 nights in total, first 2 nights not bad but tonight the bar next door is thumping (on a Thursday). Will see how Friday goes! Would probably stay elsewhere next time.
Beautifully designed and easy access to everything that is touristic. We stay at a family room with extra bed at the attic, cozy. It has a little kitchen but not necessary for us though...

Perfect hotel for a weekend get away in Valencia. Rooms are small as described, clean and have very comfy beds. Bathroom is OK.
The hotel is extremely central and within walking distance of all the historical sites. It is located on a quiet side street, check in was quick, and the apartment was very clean.
The room was lacking coffee facilities (no basics which other hotels offer like coffee, tea, etc), and the shower head was broken meaning that the water pressure was weak and dribbled.
The bed was comfortable and I slept well - it was very quiet and dark.
The breakfast was one of the worst I have ever had in a hotel. It is located a few minutes walk away (not an issue) and consists of a coffee, an orange juice, and a piece of toast with the option of oil or jam - that's classified as a "breakfast". The menu had other options such as eggs (pay an additional 8eur) and pancakes (an additional 9eur) so there are definitely additional charges. The service was horrendous, the waitress was so slow and forgot our order meaning the experience lasted 1.5hrs.
