My friend and I stayed one night to this hotel. It is lovely decorated, the bar is stunning and the room pretty big. The front office team was really nice and helpful. I 100% recommand, plus the quality /price ratio is unbeatable!! I'll be back :)
Great new hotel in central Valencia. Walking distance from everything. Very clean and spacious rooms. Helpful and friendly staff.
Location perfect, rooms provide everything you need and fast wifi. However, we unfortunately had some bad experiences: the pillows had a smell of old water and the room service didn't change our sheets after we spilled something on it. The breakfast was high quality and gluten free/ celiac friendly, however, service was sometimes very very slow: we had to wait 30 minutes before we could even order.
The 24h desk is very helpful, english speaking and they have multiple facilities like printing documents and giving recommendations. Also the 12:00 checkout time is handy.
The boutique hotel is architecturally very nice, unfortunately that also meant a very small slow elevator.
Excellent Christmas lunch, fantastic service and great value for money. Highly recommend!
