Very well situated. Not noisy. The room isn't really modern and it looks a bit old but this is what we've seen on the photos, so it's ok. Room is always tidy and cleaned.
We think that a bottle of water and a boiling water with some tea bag/coffee would have been nice for the price of the hotel ****.
Lovely hotel with comfy rooms, decent size. Staff were very helpful. Rooms have very nice bathrooms and a minifridge. The blackout curtains did not quite close so there was a stream of light directly on my face, but no other issues! Could not be better located for exploring the El Carmen neighbourhood.

We paid for a premium room. Hotel is nice and staff friendly but room given tiny. Just room to walk around bed and a view of the block opposite. Asked at reception and they said you pay premium for free tea and coffee. Looked for machine in room and couldnt find so asked at reception who said all guests can ask for a kettle. No minibar and hotel bar closed. Pretty rubbish and never stay again.
