Good location but that's it really. No tea and coffee in rooms, unfriendly staff, no double beds, no extractor fan in bathrooms. Not what we expected or paid for really.
Perfect location in Valencia but the staff is very unkind and not helpfull. We ask at the reception if they will make a reservation for a restaurant. The answer was that they were not able to do that??? The staff at breakfast is even worser. Every morning they are very grumpy and when you ask something they take a deep breath and walk away.
The location is the only thing that is great. It is the best.The hotel is very noisy, when I say that I mean that the people talking in the other room I hear them as if they were beside me. The hotel also has old parquet flooring so it creaks when people in other rooms walking. I was woken up every night when people pull their suitcases, come or go to the hotel, so noisy. The highlight of this event is that it is a four star hotel and does not have a small gadget to measure the weight of a suitcase, general in hotel.
