Nice apartments, very clean and comfortable. The only downside is the location. If you want to go to the beach you will be there in 15 min, but the way back will take you more than 25 min and many burned calories because it’s located on top of a hill.
The two of us stayed in the Victoria Apartments for 6 days and loved Ulcinj, the area and the hotel.
Ulcinj is a very nice city with many interesting corners and small bars and shops. The apartments in the Hotel Victoria are lovingly managed and are located above the famous bay, yet easily accessible on foot or by car. The large beach and many other excursion options are easily accessible from here. Small supermarkets are nearby.
The apartments are of high quality. The room looks new. Nice comfortable bed, cozy couch, clean, modern bathroom. All rooms have a balcony. A private pool is brand new. There is also a refrigerator in the room where we can store our drinks. The weather was very nice at the end of April we will come back in 2019 and then check in here again. The staff was super friendly and responded to our requests.
We can only recommend Hotel Victoria.
