It's a decent hotel (haweli) and the receptionist is very pleasant and helpful in nature , room service is good as I don't required much service, roof top view is amazing specially night and Morning view , good part is you can sit on any place for free , it's not mandatory to order something for sitting and having meal.
Over all I enjoyed this hotel , and in future I will definitely prefer this hotel to other.

Very Bad Experience ever Hotel staff will not support if any thing is not working.
If u want something they will not come till 1-2 hrs u have to wait & wait & wait...
They don't even know how to talk with customers.
They will charge rs for basic amenities.
In Restaurant food list half of food is unavailable & food test is also poor they are preparing one type of gravy for all subji.
If u will complaint about your food quality they will not have any apologize for it & they will say the food is good if u want to eat u can other wise u can find another hotel.
I think they are not interested in doing business they don't have any need of customers.
Even they don't know how to talk with customers.
I will say don't go to lake view hotel .
Pls increase some budget & search for another better hotel .
There are many options available lot of hotels u will get in the budget of lake view hotel.
Rooms are ordinary. There was a hot water facility...main thing is the view from the hotel is fabulous at very cheap price.
The service is really good. Interior is good. The top roof restaurant is nice.
This place can't be categories under hotel category. They categories room as delax room but room and facility is not even of standard room. Bathroom is worst. No hand wash, no toiletries. No shower cap no bathroom stool. Bucket is dirty... No room service.. Hotel restaurant view is ok but food is tooooo costly.. Simple plain maggi will cost 90 rs...
