Denying service to guests willing to spend money in your establishment is a pretty poor business model, don't you think? Don't advertise your pool as "open for the public" if you're just going to make up rules on the spot to kick out guests as soon as the 'room guests' arrive. We were ALSO your guests, ALSO spending money in your restaurant, and I highly doubt the other guests would have been bothered by us sitting quietly by the pool enjoying a drink. A disappointing and insulting way to be treated by your staff.
The perfect spot for a peaceful getaway. Yet close enough to town,with regular shuttles. The place is clean,well run,beautiful setting,great pool,but the best point ( apart from reasonable rates) is the staff, nothing too much trouble, everything done with a smile,and warmth..was very sad to leave at the end if our stay. Highly recommended.
Stayed 2 nights and wish we had stayed a little longer....
The service was excellent... attention to details were great - so helpful.
Not really able to walk to Ubud centre from here but theres a shuttle of you can rent a scooter from the reception.

Beautiful place with beautiful people. 15 minute walk to central ubud. 2 minutes on motorbike. Free shuttles every 2 hours. Amazing breakfast with fruit table to pick at all morning. Gorgeous views over rice paddies. Honestly could have stayed here for a lot longer than we did. Great great great :)
Stayed 3 nights here and loved it. Quiet place with shuttle bus to give you a ride to Ubud Palace, amazing view to rice terrace, yummy breakfast! Want to come back.
