We stayed here for 4 nights and it was fantastic. The resort just opened and has some great large rooms with a super view. The service is high and the staff very friendly. Breakfast will be prepared on a nice terras overlooking the pool and the valley. In the afternoon they offer complimentary afternoon tee or coffee with some fresh baked cookies and sweetness.
Stayed here for our honeymoon and had an amazing time. Staff are the most happy and friendly which made us feel right at home. The room was heavenly with an amazing view from the balcony and the tub. The infinity pool looks even better in real life.
Definitely the best place I've stayed at in Bali.
I highly recommend Jannata Resort and Spa! This place is everything I expect from a 5-star hotel and more!
All the staff is super friendly and helpful, they are so nice, they have become almost like friends!
I feel like I am being pampered and showered with gifts here. I am pleasantly surprised I get all the following for free:
- Daily afternoon tea.
- A daily fresh container of cookies delivered to the room - I had to start rejecting the cookies because I can't possibly finish them all.
- Yoga classes.
- Shuttle ride to and from Ubud town.
- Incredibly big breakfast portion with a lot of choices. Not buffet, it’s a sit-down-to-order style which I prefer.
- A 15-minute foot massage (the spa environment is very beautiful. I feel like I am surrounded by nature but in the comfort of a beautifully designed room. The masseurs are very good, they are way better than the cheaper ones in town!)
- Etc (think there is more)
One thing to note though. This resort is located in the jungle, there is bound to be funny-looking, bigger-than-usual insects crawling around in the balcony. I saw a half foot-long gecko-like creature on the lobby wall. Given these facts, I still think this resort is as insect and creature free as it can be because it is extremely clean and well-maintained!
Jannata was an incredible resort in a prefect location in Ubud. It was absolutely stunning and had incredible Yoga, Food, Spa, and service. I would HIGHLY recommend the citrus bath at the spa if you visit. It is so incredible and romantic. This will be a memory for you that will last forever.
Amazing resort with breathtaking view from both the pool and the room balconies.
The restaurant is really good and the breakfast is amazing.
We also did the romantic dinner on the platform of their infinity pool which was so lovely and done with such great attention to detail.
We will definitely come again.
