This was one of my fave place to stay in ubud , surrounding with the nature , staffs were amazing , stayed at suite valley on the top floor , everything was lovely
good staff, good bed room, clean, good food, good vibes, good garden n pool and good price... the food price start from 15K which is really affordable.. love it..
Our stay was nothing but magnificent.
They let us see both river view and new villas before we decided to choose the new villa #101 - we were the very first guests ever staying at that villa!
Beautiful room with tiny rice paddy view, nice bed, smart TV, nice little infinity pool, outdoor rain shower & huge tub. The pool was even nicer at night with the lights .
Location is not on the main road, but still convenient to get to Jl. Raya Ubud or Jl. Monkey Forest.
We had a honeymoon package 517£ for 3 nights... The room was great, big size and the privet pool was very good!! It could be cleaner, because there were stamps on the mosquito protection. The bathroom and shower room were very clean. Some lamps were burnt. The complementary massage in our package was poor. Even if the ladies did their best, we did not have any special massage bed or relaxing environment. My wife had a massage on the bed and I had on the floor laying upon pillows from the outdoor sofa. The complementary dinner was delicious (except the local red wine), but we were expecting this dinner to be traditional and not with beef steak and salmon steak. The tuna salad was amazing!! The breakfast could have more selections, or the choice to mix the choices. In our check in we informed the reception about early check out and the offered us the solution of breakfast box, but unfortunately they forgot it. We left a letter on the hotel with the same review but we haven't received any reply yet.
Loud music blasting from pool! How unprofessional of a hotel to allow this!!! Own a business you can correctly manage, instead of ripping off guests so your friends can have a pool party.
