My favourite hotel in Bali - a little oasis away from all the hustle and bustle of Ubud. Close to the Monkey Forest with lots of restaurant options within walking distance. The pool is cool and refreshing, and there are only a few rooms so it feels very private. The staff are wonderfully friendly and the breakfast each morning is served on your own terrace - the banana and pineapple pancakes are delicious.
Very good hotel in a calm area but near to the monkey forest. Staff is very friendly and breakfast was incredibly good. Also our room and the pool were amazing. We felt really comfortable there!

Fantastic place to stay! The mawa family were very considerate and helpful. Do yourself a favour when you stay, you definitely have to try the candle lit dinner by the pool!! They went all out with the flowers and candles but the biggest wow factor for me was the delicious 4 course meal! I would have paid big dollars in a 5 star restaurant for that meal, it was very luxurious.
I highly recommend this place.
A beautiful Balinese home! Calm, traditional and very inviting place with warm staff welcome. Loved the Indonesian rice breakfast and the woodworking pieces by Mr Mawa himself! Rent a scooter and enjoy ubud and then retreat to this lovely place. Or, just hand out with all the monkeys who are right next door.
