Good villa in Ubud area. Located in secluded area. But it is all worth it.
Each villa has private pool, well maintained facilities even in during covid time. They also implemented covid protocol very well.
From the very first time you check in, offered you welcome drink (whole coconut), gave us free big water baloon for my kids, till check out (they gave us complimentary money clip) nothing to complaint. They also have small restaurant in front of the hotel and provide fresh and good food

This villa was amazing! It was simply beyond of my expectations.
The property was well managed and well maintained. The occupancy rate was pretty high and they even are on the process of building more villas for the next phase.
The place was very calm and secluded, that you won't feel intimidated to use the outdoor shower. Yes, this villa has only outdoor shower near by the pool, so you gotta experience to really live in the paradise lol.
Jacuzzi, private pool, spacious kitchen and dining area, spacious bedroom and working area, spacious indoor bathroom and closet. Alexa + sound system, and Netflix also available. This villa has more than anything we need lol.
Location was strategic enough for us, near to the center of Ubud, while also secluded still. Service and people were warm and friendly, food was great as the cafe @theshedbali was just near the lobby and they offer good food with good prices while you could enjoy the paddy field scenery.
Price was super affordable. We got promotion rate which was even better . Definitely will stay here again in the future. Very recommended.

Normally I would give a stellar review based on the quality of the room and the amenities.. however, even with a beautiful room I found my stay a bit lacking in enjoyment. I have also waited 3 days to post this so as not to be inaccurate with emotion.
We arrived during a downpour on our scooter completely soaking wet all the way through our cloths.. the woman at the desk struggled with English, which I understand but rather than asking for help she only address my gf who was Indonesian. As a surprise I booked this trip and she had no information, I had confirmation numbers, cc numbers, passport required, name on the booking.. but still i was ignored after a few minutes struggle they took my information and told us to wait. Then the woman left to take someone's bags to their room leaving us soaking in the lobby... after about 5 minutes sitting a man came out from a back room surprised to see us and immediately got my name and key and took us directly to our room.
He takes me on a tour of the room, identifying the amenities which were all wonderful, despite our robes missing and only having 1 bath towel for the shower and pool and the only trashcan being located next to the front door. Things seemed fine.
We had what seemed like an amazing 10ftx2ft fountain in our room but that feature never worked and was just a hazard. I wanted to try some of the other great features our room had like the hot tube. One great thing this place has is HOT water, super hot! But unfortunately the hot tube had a bad gasket and couldn't hold water, also the shower attachment on the tube worked more like a fire sprinkler shooting water from every seam and seal on the device...
Again this room was beautiful and on looks alone it was great but I want more out of my vacation than just a nice view.
At this point I decided to sit back and chill on the couch and watch tv for a bit. After sliding off the couch 2x and realizing the cushion was overhanging the edge by 6" I realized that the cushions were specifically cut and shaped to fit a certain way and they were assembled wrong. An easy fix... unfortunately when I flipped the bottom cushion to reassemble I discover massive stains all over the entire 6' cushion. Disgusting stains... so I returned the cushions as they were and moved to the bed to relax.
The bed is great, soft and cozy, with an Alexa music system next to it. One of my favorite features of the room. Lots of fun asking for various songs and enjoying the music.
The following morning my gf poured a glass of water from their custom glass bottles and I noticed there was mold growing all around the seal of the bottle..
At this point... I was done...
Beautiful villa, beautiful hotel, lots of great amenities and features... but my experience was lacking... I would recommend but I would also recommend testing and inspecting your room thoroughly with a staff member present.
