There's 2 staff name Eka, both of them love to badmouthing about guess, don't believe at their innocent face. And this staff seems like more friendly to international guess compare to local guess, it's really show. Strange energy from this people

The hotel is really a hidden gem. Such an amazing quality, location, service. Super welcoming staff. I’m so blessed to find it amongst others.
The manager was extremely nice and allowed me early check in and even upgraded a room to a higher floor so I got my luck this time and can’t wait to come back here again.
The attitude of the owner to the business is really superb. Grohe shower, wooden floors, new good quality linen and fresh towels, some classy IKEA furniture. Sensatia cosmetics make you feel like in expensive hotel or spa. The bed and a lot of pillows were absolutely comfortable, AC and WiFi worked well. No mold. I also loved the wooden floor, and great quality heavy beautiful curtains. View from a balcony was breathtaking.

This place is literally hidden tranquility at the center of Ubud. Don't expect regular hospitality, their staffs are really amazing. They are friendly, warm, and always helpful. The room uses the high quality product for bedding and amenities. The unique concept where the lobby is separated with the property, and you have to walk the side and passing true Balinese community before reaching the property. What an experience
