Excellent location for business people on the go for mid-long term visits! Very cosy feel and friendly staff. Alessandra & Giorgia have made me feel very welcome during my move to Turin in all respects.
I don't understand why the rate is so high. Not clean, not strong connections of Wifi, not any service provided. Just room without refrigerator.
One star rating is even too high for them.
What a nice place! I arrived a little bit late to the checking and they wait for me....the room Was perfect,i recomend totally! I'll back !
The Residence is a nice refurbished complex with several apartments, nothing to say about the place itself with the sole exclusion of the heating that, it’s fixed and works only at specific hours. Beside this, as the heating is in the floor you always have too hot or too cold areas, this is typical of not correctly installed heating valves.
Sadly, the location of the property is poor, dirty and extremely noisy.
Some people like to call it “movida” reality is that it’s a jungle and you will not sleep properly any single night of the week till at least 3am due to young people drunk that shout and sing without any respect as they come out from one of the many bar around the property.
During the weekends is even worst. Expect to go noisy till 5am.
Such a shame that the area is not cleaned and regulated.
Mention of shame for the hotels WiFi that auto log off the devices basically every 15minute forcing you to re-log with the user and password every time.
Whoever choose this provider clearly have no idea about the modern traveler that needs at least 2 if not 3 devices connected, this are really the basics today and in this property are completely missing.
I don’t recommend this property.
Spacious apartment with hidden kitchen, only airconditioning in the bedroom, very noisy (even when the windows are closed!) because of multiple bars in the street. And most remarkable thing; why the name when there’s no art at all in the apartment?!
