Reviews from visitors:
Totally misleading listings: our "double bed" was two mattresses pushed together -- have a good time sleeping in the crack! -- and "air conditioning" couldn't be controlled in the room at all, only by walking down two floors to reception (who forgot TWICE to turn it on after I'd gone all the way there). Also quite self-satisfied and pretentious on the whole, with "occupy and act" graffiti on the stairwell, as if this money-making venture cared about resistance -- I just want a place to sleep, thanks, not this spirit-crushing co-optation of real politics...
When I wrote to them about the two more practical issues mentioned above, I got no response at all. Great.
Great hostel. Clean, modern, not expensive.
The area is not the best but still is close to the city center and good connections.
Clean and quiet: loved it.
The perfect workplace for those who dislike the office, and the one and only I would highly recommend
Food and drinks are great. The hostel is very cheap. Parking nearby. Very friendly personel.
What a novel hostel! We stayed in a double private room with shower room, with view of the Porta Palatina and Cathedral of Saint John the Baptist.
Porta Palazzo is right next to the hostel.
Walk through the Porta Palatina and you end up Piazza Castello with lots of quaint restaurants in just a few minutes.
Great location, near museums and all the central Pallazos. A tram stop nearby goes directly to the Juventus Stadium.
The hostel is brand new, in a fire station. The staff are all very friendly, were happy to keep our luggage for the day even though we'd already checked out. Breakfast was worth the extra charge with sweet and savory options (and yummy Italian ham!)
The bedroom was simple, with tall ceilings, bathroom very clean, bed was very comfortable, towels provided and couldn't hear the road noise thanks to the shutters on the windows.
There is a large communal kitchen on each floor that is fully equipped with new appliances, kitchenware is provided. We did not use the communal bathrooms.
A little more expensive than most hostels but we have no regrets, we will be back!
