Nice place. Staff is super helpful. Great rooftop pool. Only complaint is the noise insulation. People talking in halls and the next room sound like it's in your room.
I stayed at Hotel Naay for a week and it was the sweetest experience. It was located in the jungle in this beautiful developing area of Tulum. We were less than a 10 min drive away from the Center and from the beaches. We were also walking distance to some local, declines restaurants around the hotel. The staff was super helpful and so kind! It was an overall unforgettable experience
Great place to stay. Beach is 10 min drive, but you don't really need it because you have a rooftop pool and a view. Great guac, mezcal margaritas and a hell of a view. I was there on Feb 6, 2021 and pretty much had pool for ourselves.
The hotel is nice, clean, and in a great area (convenient to the beach as well). The rooftop pool and restaurant were both great. The woman working the front desk went above and beyond for us! Some construction noise and hammering in the morning but from other reviews I read that was expected. An overall great stay in Tulum.
I stayed at this hotel for 9 days and let me tell you it felt like home. The staff are so polite and accommodating. Especially thamyra who goes by tammy at the front desk is wonderful ! I absolutely adore her. She goes above and beyond for her guests. The waiters upstairs Nicholas and Henry are so nice and polite as well. This hotel looks just like the pictures! The pool is always warm and on the rooftop. Oh and the food is amazing !!
I don't have any complaints about this place. Aside from luiz (who cooperate brought in to boost sales) this place is amazing. Luiz will try to offer you a free meal at the hotel as he trys to sell you something. It's quite annoying and I wouldn't take him up on the meal ! Thamyra is the main reason why I enjoyed my stay as much as I did she makes the hotel.
