I spent almost two weeks at this hotel, and this is Absolutely my favorite place to stay in Tulum! This hotel is incredibly clean and cute. The staff is very friendly and the food is delicious. This hotel has the best location in my opinion. It’s only a couple of blocks from the main drag (great for walking anywhere in city) and it is across the street from a bicycle and scooter rental business. Great energy and laid back atmosphere. Lovely pool. Good internet! Relatively quiet, depending on the location of your room & how crowded the hotel is. Street traffic noise is minimal at night. Air conditioner works great, and long hot showers! Not a ton of water pressure, but quite doable. Overall, I think this is a hidden gem & best deal in town.
The best location in downtown, 5 minutes walk to supermarket and 100 meters to the beautiful bicycle path going to the beach. You can rent a moped a front of the hotel, for 20-30 USD per day. Big swimming pool helps with some workout, breakfast included, relaxed atmosphere. There are big suite with kitchen and nice one with a private balcony. Stuff are so helpful and sweet. Love this place.
The two of the best nights I've slept in the Tulum. Super comfortable beds, simple furnitures, tall ceiling, clean room and quiet. It's super basic and that's all I needed. I don't need all the fancy furniture and drappery that other places have
The only gripe I have with the place is the low water pressure on the 3rd floor and smell coming from the toilet system occasionally. I think that's common. Also hot water is an issue but it wasn't a big deal.

We had a great stay here for one week, the prices are fair, the hotel is well located with only 5min walk to the city center, clean rooms and very friendly and incredibly helpful staff. Especially Eliseo and Roxio from the reception.
