We just finished up our stay here over the Christmas holiday. The staff was very friendly, caring and went out of their way to help us with everything. Breakfast was included every morning and was delicious and fresh. It is a bit on the outskirts of Tulum, but they have bikes here that are free to use. You can easily get to town in 10 mins on the bike. The area seems to be up and coming, so there are a few cute and good restaurants within walking distance. It is a bit far from the beach, we took a taxi each time which wasn’t a problem for us. We loved the overall vibe of the hotel and would definitely recommend.
Stayed here in Nov and was decided to leave because the person I was with started to feel slightly sick. Spoke with the owner and determined that was right path in an effort to protect ourselves and other patrons (COVID precautions). After conversations with the hotel, I was promised a refund for remaining nights. Out of respect for others at the hotel since the hotel is on the smaller side, leaving just in case seemed to be the best option for all parties involved.
It has been months and I have spoken to the hotel several times and they keep making excuses instead of honoring what I was told both over the phone and via email. The hotel was decent, but the service is not the best if you have issues.
It was our first time in Tulum and we were so happy that we stayed at the Turquoise Petit hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay and answered any questions we had about getting around town. They were also extraordinarily accommodating. The hotel was beautiful with a very relaxing lounge area, tasteful decor and chill vibe. The morning breakfast was the icing on the cake. A+ all around!
Highly Recommend! Turquoise Petit Hotel Tulum is a hidden gem. Location is good, not too far of a walk to the main street. Breakfast, coffee, tea every morning was the perfect spread accompanied by beautiful jazz music and paintings by the hotel owner. The staff was always very attentive and personable with everything we needed including check in and out. The property was the epitome of Tulum with two pools and jungle vibes. Very quiet area and property. The common area was a perfect place to lounge and get work done in the morning while eating breakfast. Rooms were a great size and clean. Bathrooms had all amenities included. Can not beat the price either! Thank you for a wonderful stay, will most definitely be back again!
All I can is that this place is magical. Everything from the greet upon arrival to the friendly staff, cleanliness of the room, property to the nutritional breakfast. They even give you bikes to ride during your stay. I rode everywhere. I love this place. I will definitely be back.
