Design over Function!
This hotel looks beautiful. Its bohemian style is gorgeous.
We really liked how the lamps were integrated into the walls!
The pizza, guacamole and toast from their restaurant was yummy as well.
Location was great!
But:
No hooks for the towels
No door to the bathroom
No ‘Don’t disturb’ sign
Safe is too small for a 13” laptop.
The hotel in general is super noisy. We had the room in the back but still could hear the noise from the street. Music in the lobby at 6am echoed through the courtyard up to our room.
TL;DR: Looks nice, but not that functional.

This hotel was on the bucket list since I saw it for the first time. The design is modern, minimalistic and unique.
The great addition to this place is a very friendly staff. They making everything for your comfort.
We also very enjoyed our meals at the newly opened cafe there. I would say, this is the best food we had in Tulum. Unfortunately, our stay was grief. Comfort is not a synonym of this pace. The hotel is located on the main street of Tulum. Also, the next to this hotel is a bar with noisy music until 2 am.
We didn't get any notification about constructions downstairs at the hotel as well. Our windows were facing the roof area with part of construction so workers could see how you are showering or using the toilet. There is also no separation between toilet and bedroom.
The swimming area is not very useful because the sun coming there for 30 minutes and the water is not heating up. The number of sun-beds if very limited - only four, and two of them are hidden in the shadow.
Construction workers were passing by all the time when we tried to relax.
We had an amazing stay here for our honeymoon! The staff was so accommodating and it was an awesome place to stay while we explored the downtown Tulum area. Thank you for everything - we hope to come back and visit soon!

This place is where you need to be in the Pueblo. Hands down. There is a cool city vibe — yet it is intimate and special. Every detail is present. Order the best coffee in town or try the pizza blanca! It’s the best I’ve had in Tulum. All staff is welcoming and warm, as if it was your house. We slept super well in the linen sheets and breakfast is delightful. Enjoy the great lounge space to have the most productive work away day or have a dip in the amazing pool. The design keeps you wondering how simple and beautiful a building can be. It’s the ultimate sophistication.
