Reviews from visitors:
Great hotel but a car or scooter is needed to see anything in Tulum as it’s a bit further out and not close to beach. Rooms are modern and has the basics you will need for your stay to prep yourself meals. Pool and views from rooftop are AMAZING. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.
Paid $3500 USD for a week stay with this yoga group put on by a Christine Mueller with Free Spirit Yoga Retreats and it was cancelled apparently because of the hotel and I can’t get my money back or even go to the hotel so I had to book a hotel somewhere else last minute. Overall it feels like a giant scam.
Access to the hotel is cumbersome given no pavement and dirt roads that require 2mph transit to avoid damaging your vehicle. Covid restrictions have slowed up the check-in procedures but the staff is very friendly. From an architectural viewpoint the hotel is a pretty circular design compliment by a roof top pool that is also a circular infinity pool. It is visible from the center of the hotel and rooms radiate from the center into four main hallways.
Our room although convenient was not particularly comfortable. Furniture is low modern height. It reminded me of toddler furniture. At 6 ft 2inches all furniture was below my knees. Sadly so was the bed. It was a slatted frame with a tempur-pedic mattress. The wood slats were soft and would now, making the tempur-pedic even more uncomfortable. You sink into the mattress, lower in height than a commode, and forget about any other activities. Also lacking is a simple chair to sit given how uncomfortable the bed mattress lacks in support. The other amenities are adequate. Some minor issues of convenience are lacking. Fresh water dispenser would be nice, and better air circulation into bathrooms. The humidity makes for inability to dry towels and air drying towels on balconies is prohibited. Kitchenette and closets are functional.
The hotel is still about 7km from the beach and if an event or holiday is in season, travel to the Tulum coast can exceed 2 hrs cab ride, and local taxi companies significantly raise prices, knowing Americans and Europeans are demanding of convenience.
Overall I only give 3 star rating. I would stay here perhaps 2 nights maximum. The hotel is pet friendly.
I am interested in their new constructions of other ecosystem friendly hotels in the area. I will not likely return here to Panoramic.
Nice rooms.... But Google had a hard time finding it... When it says you have arrived..... Keep going..... It's about 150 meters ahead.....
Not only a super overpriced development, that screw up their buyers, through doing marketing as sustainable while it is highly destructive construction, worst investment in Mexico. The security guards are very rude and threatened to send a corrupt Comando to beat us for parking for 5 minutes on an empty sidewalk that does not belong to them. While we were trying to book an apartment while parking. Highly corrupted Organization.
