This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in!
Everything was great. The design is amazing, very nice and cozy. Cool pool, lots of greenery on site.
Especially I want to thank Rafa the owner of the hotel, whose care for the guests makes the stay in this hotel simply unforgettable!
The hotel also has a bar: you can always get a great cocktail or espresso.
Rafa knows Tulum very well and will advise you on the best places to eat and the best attractions.
Overpriced hotel as usual for Tulum. You will get a nice looking “design boutique hotel” - at least for now - for quite some money. You almost need a 4x4 to get through the unpacked road to get to the hotel. The bar functions as reception to assign you to one of the rooms around. No elevator. Heavy bags need to go up - maybe the staff will assist. Prices are elevated at the bar, same, as usual in tulum. Rooms look nice but if you look a bit closer everything is done quite cheap, not really professional and without any real sustainability. Furthermore the hotel just tries to be trendy. Why put a French press in the “kitchen” if there is not even a water boiler and coffee?
This hotel just tries to roll on the wave of instagramable Hotels for the US Millennials with too much money and too less experience / brains.
Wow! I found this place like a gem. Not only are the room beautiful, modern and well equipped, more importantly the staff (Rafa and Daniela) are the most accommodating and attentive staff in all of tulum....and I’ve lived here 5 years.
The staff is simply amazing, they give you all the advice and support you need during your stay and deliver greatest hospitality! The architecture, interior details and plants look incredible, authentic for the region and the design in general is very esthetic. Everything was clean, taken care of and the atmosphere was very welcoming.
Thanks a lot to the lovely people who run this beautiful place and who made our stay in Tulum memorable.
10/10 recommend. The owner checked us in and he designed and built the place with his brother and welcomed us with lots of helpful tips. Very relaxed vibe and gorgeous place. So glad I stayed here.
