WOW! All I can say is this is the best hotel I've ever stayed it while traveling abroad. Beautiful, clean, comfortable rooms that had a brand new Air conditioning units which kept the room cool. A welcomed relief from spending the day at the beach. Walking distance to Fresh Market and a variety of excellent restaurants and shops. The staff was incredible. They called us taxi's every day and recommended restaurants which was very helpful. The included hotel breakfast, coffee and juice on the roof was SO GOOD and convenient. If you have a chance to stay here- do it!! I cant wait to come back.
We spent our first 5 nights in Tulum here and really feel we found a hidden gem. The service was amazing, the staff couldn’t be more helpful or friendly. Sonney on Reception was a star.
Delicious, fresh breakfast and coffee served with a smile every morning.

Staff was amazing! Marcella is too sweet. We loved our stay ( especially the breakfast). A little out of the way, but worth it. The staff goes out of their way just to accolades you!
I stayed in Mamazul for 2 nights! It was a great experience. The hotel is really new! I love the decor in every aspect, very instagramable. I stayed in the King room and it was very spacious and super clean. The staff was outstanding, Max was amazing and gave me a lot of places to visit in Tulum during my stay.
I also enjoyed the free breakfast every morning and the refreshing swimming pool.
The only suggestion I’d make is to have a sign/billboard near the property because it was a bit difficult to find it the first day.
Don't stay here the worst hotel experience ever had
We arrived to the Hotel on 1-31-2020 and was informed that there was no staff to accommodate the following services that were advertised on the hotels website. Restaurant closed Bar closed,None potable water in rooms(the hotel did not supply any drinking water). No way to enter or exit the facility during the hours of 1800 -0800 due to no key or code access. Must rely on security to let you in & out which were sleeping on 1-1-2021 when we tried to enter no one was available which took over 20 minutes for security to respond to open the gates. (Rattling the gates & call out for someone to open them to gain entrance) Our We were charges extreme high season rates for the facility & its accommodating amenities that we where not informed about prior to booking (the hotel website does not display this either) Have requested several times to talk with the manager took two day for him to show up immediately had a attitude yelling at my wife and I took about 2 hours to speak with a higher up manager to come up with something so we could get out of the horrible hotel. on top of that said if we paid up front we would get 15% off which we didn't receive
