We had a wonderful time here. Felt very safe and secure at this apartment. The bed was very comfortable and there was a great big couch area to relax. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for yourself if you wish - but there are a bunch of AWESOME restaurants nearby. The Pool looked incredible but we didn’t have much time to enjoy it. Would absolutely stay here again.
I have stayed at Aldea Xaan Ha on multiple occasions after finding this gem randomly during a hurricane in 2020.
This has become my go-to location in Tulum as it offers a secure & convenient location, easy access to town (rental car suggested), and impeccable hospitality. Bikes and scooters are available for daily rental.
Alex is a top quality host offering the best of what makes Tulum a great place to visit for either a short or long stay.
On my most recent visit Alex set up a professional massage per my request. The provider came to the location and offered high quality therapeutic massage services, lending further to my stress free stay.
Aldea Xaan Ha is surely a location I will continue to consider home when traveling in the Tulum area.
Super lovely! Alex was super responsive before and during our trip and provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay! I appreciated the self check-in using the lockbox and the ample free parking. We also appreciated the locked main door as it made us feel extra secure. The rooms were super roomy and bright. Everything was clean and the pool looks just as beautiful as it does in the pictures. We will definitely return here on our next trip to Tulum! Loved it!
Clean accommodations and the best host in the world! We stayed here as 3 twenty something females and felt so safe. Accessible to all of the best places in Tulum and a beautiful property!
excellent location very quiet also very cozy super clean an close to everything highly recommended I had the pleasure to meet Mr. Alex and his beautiful family they are very welcoming and warm to any one the facility is decorated very nice very spacious all amenities are in hand super clean and a very nice garden club
