Our experience was beautiful. The hotel is located within Tulum city center, in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by other homes, coffee shops, and places to eat. The hotel itself is beautiful, spacious living areas, and wonderful amenities. The staff takes great care to ensure your stay is enjoyable and provide you with the necessary things to be able to explore city and the beach areas. Would definitely recommend!
Nice pillows, nice bed, nice bedding, nice internet, nice toilet (you can flush toilet paper like a boss - unlike some places in Mexico), nice shampoo, nice architecture, nice pool - super freaking nice place. Everything is top quality. I could live there full time and be happy. Our unit had a kitchen and two rooms. HERE IS THE DEAL - NO BEACH, BUT >>>>>>> in Tulum the best beaches are at the beach clubs anyway. We stayed at some other hotels in Tulum that were next to the beach, but we ended up going to the beach clubs anyway.
Great service, friendly helpful staff and the room was amazing! Fully equipped with everything I need. Decor to a high standard
Great customer service and the aesthetics is dope. Enjoyed my stay definitely recommend especially the Penthouse
Staying at Panacea for about a month in the penthouse with the pool and another room. Loved the place, the rooms are very very spacious, clean with comfortable beds. It's a 2-yr old hotel so everything feels like brand new. The Internet is probably the fastest you can get in Tulum, my gf and I had to work sometimes and had no issues whatsoever with the internet speed. The courtyard is very well designed with jungle vibe and a big pool in the middle. There are so many people take care of the property everyday that we lost count, you will find it very clean while staying there. You can also rent a bike for 100 pesos at the reception, you will need it since it's a bit off center, but we found it to be a good location since there are so many good restaurants and brunch places around. The receptionists are very helpful if your Spanish is not that good, very special thanks to Daniela who helped us a lot during our stay there, who even helped us renting a car eventually when we were checking out. Would recommend and stay again.
