Road to the acomodation is a bit steep but once You come there, there is no reason to go anywhere with the car. It offers pool, great parking, apartment with air condition, wi fi, view at the sea. Everything is clean and the staff is nice. Superb level for reasonable price.
Tanja and her mother are superwelcoming. Rooms are clean (btw view from the balcony is beautiful) and it is nice to relax by the pool if you don't feel like going to the beach. The villa is situated perfectly between Trogir and Okrug Gorki (beaches and watersports) 15-20 mins to each way on foot. Local food store (Studenac) is closeby and is better than the one a little bit further. Would definitely stay here next time too.
Stayed for a week for a family holiday. Lovely self catering apartment, well equipped. Also appreciate the smaller touches like supplying toilet roll and washing up liquid! Close enough to walk to Trogir old town. Only downside was it is up a very steep driveway.

I planed 3-weeks holidays in Croatia in Villa Fani. Reserved apartment, paid deposit, bougth tickets for plane and waited for documents for issueing visa. About 2 weeks I asked Villa Fani's oners to send me documents as soon as possible, 'cause it took me much time to issue visa-I'm living 4 hours by plane from Moscow. We were in touch, I called them 2 times, asking for sending my documents via some express post. Well, they sent me documents on 6th of May, I got them!!!!! on 13 th of June!!!! Of course, it was too late, so I had no time to apply for visa. The oners promised me to send my deposit back, becase it was their fault, but up to now I haven't got it. They were mailing me and promising to go to the bank during 2 month. Now they stop answering my mails. Please, don't deal with this family! They are swindlers! I lost more then 500 Euros for this failed trip! Never will deal neither with this apartments no with this country!
