Reviews from visitors:
We deal with hospitality and tourism and we know that it is sometimes difficult to satisfy guests but in this case we see why guests are sometimes frustrated and too cautious. This hotel and its management is a disgrace to tourism and the hotel industry.
We booked 2 x double room with breakfast on offer.
We have received a written confirmation of the reservation.
We took out all the tests we needed to come to Croatia and prepared our belongings. The day before arriving at the hotel in the afternoon we are told by the reception that the manager has told us that he can offer us other rooms without breakfast for this price or to cancel. So does this exist in tourism. To me, this shame looks like a market. Really non-professional staff like this I have never met before. Such hotels and management should be banned from working in tourism.
SHAME ON TOURISM-XII Century Heritage Hotel
Great hotel! If you are staying in Trogir, we enjoyed the location and room! Very nice! However, I do not recommend allowing the hotel to help you with anything. We had the hotel help book a tour/adventure for us and it was probably the worst tour/company I’ve ever been a part of! Then we asked for a shuttle to the airport and asked for their guidance on how early to be at the airport, they didn’t offer any, and then let us get to the airport and hour and a half before employees even started arriving! That’s a lot of time we could have been sleeping when our flight was at 6:15am!
Again, we enjoyed the hotel itself but I do not recommend having the staff help you with anything outside of the hotel.
Really great room, no doubt. Breakfast outside at the nice harbor front, yet I'd have expected a hotel of this level to know how to serve a soft boiled egg and other finer points of breakfast.
So if you care about the room, location and nothing else, go there.
Staff we're the most helpful of any place I was in Croatia nothing was a problem. The accomodation was extremely comfortable and very central would definitely stay here again.
This place is a hidden treasure in Trogir, the cutest old town I’ve ever been in. Tucked away on a mini Venetian island is this newly renovated hotel with unique rooms and style. Service is good and the price is better. Stay a couple nights to enjoy the island’s mystique.
