Have booked 3 rooms for August. We are located Australia and obviously unable to leave our country due to COVID. Every other hotel we have booked have been amazing and provided a refund, EXCEPT FH Crystal Hotel, very disappointing, as a credit is also useless to us as we can't leave our country. Definitely will not be rebooking here when we finally can travel again.
I arrived late, and the room was 27degrees. It would have been nice if they had switched the airco on to cool the room.
Nice breakfast. A 5min walk to the beach.
Room was perfect and well kept. All rooms are covered with wireless internet. There is also a lecture room at level - 1.
Room was clean, beds were small. Descent place to crash for a night. Close to Centro so we were able to walk from hotel. Peter was very helpful at the front desk. Parking up front and restaurants close by.
