Great location , super friendly staff. The apartment was spacious and clean. The hotel has parking really close by / it is public parking but the hotel reimbursed us /. The building is under renovation and I can’t wait to come back and see what have they done. It was a great experience.
The fact that the building is renovated does not compensate for the following negative points: no double glazing (ergo night noise) and no lift. To these are added others no: no parking, no breakfast, no balcony (the drying rack is inside the room ..) .. moreover, we had to make an advance transfer to block the room (unfortunately following the useless advice of an acquaintance) and therefore not it was possible to cancel it when we realized that on booking.com the room COST LESS AND WAS CANCELABLE UNTIL THE LAST. Bye bye.
Let me start by saying that we booked by phone and blocked the room through bonfico. Via email the manager reserved us a deluxe room but on arrival he escorted us to a standard room saying that there was a misunderstanding and, surely, we guests have misunderstood (the emails speak for themselves). Leaving aside this small misunderstanding we found the floor of the room dirty, the minibar that does not cool, problems at checkout (you can't do it before 08.30) with the risk of losing the hydrofoil to Favignana. Fortunately we only stayed for one night. 1 star is too much.
Very beautifull! Welcoming and helpful staff. Excellent advice from Andrea on what to visit and how to reach them, in addition to the maximum availability in helping to plan visits and excursions. Really satisfying from every point of view
Building completely renovated, we were assigned an apartment instead of the room we had booked. We were happy with it. The building is a few meters from the port for boarding to the Egadi islands, a few steps from the historic center, so it is really convenient. I highly recommend to visit Trapani, a gem of a town
