Lady, you need a knife in the kitchen.
We called the lady on August 13 for a room and fortunately she gave us availability for the evening of 15. We drive 400 km of road and almost at the gates of Trapani the Great Lady sends us a simple message on whatsapp as yes she is also ashamed to call us and tell us that the room is no longer available as she had a reservation from Booking, what is really to report her because she not only lacked style but also professionalism and left us on the street as we no longer have found nothing.

It was a terrible stay. I strongly advise against setting foot in this structure. The photos on booking are misleading and untrue, as well as the information present. I took the room with the bathroom in the room, the room was dirty and I called booking to contact the owners to clean the room but they not only said it wasn't true but they also insinuated that we had dirty it and that we wanted to take a free vacation. I then asked them to cancel the reservation and give me back the amount paid but they sent a friend to collect the keys of the room saying that they would then return the sum to me, of course this is not the way in which a holiday home is managed and even if it is not a hotel you absolutely cannot deliver a house in this state.

I inform you that I went to the structure in question, the structure presents itself with strong musty smells (very serious thing when one of the hosts is allergic), plugged sink and bidet, unusable wardrobe, and other things that were not right, we informed the owner (very kind) who could not help us, we had to book somewhere else (where we are having a great time).
Last but not least, I would like to point out that we have not been asked for identification documents (a practice that the law provides for).
Photos do not match. Dirt everywhere, towels, bed linen, refrigerator. The drain does not work. Everything stinks of mold. You need to climb the stairs 50cm with suitcases. It was impossible to live in such conditions. They called the hostess and said about the inconvenience, and she blocked us. We left ahead of time.
Of course, she did not return the money. Vacation ruined
