For what it's worth, the facility itself is on par with what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. For some reason however, the staff is partially reluctant to enforce their own social distancing rules (wearing masks is supposed to be mandatory, but I've seen clients interacting freely with staff members without wearing any). In light of this I cannot give it more than 4/5

The visit would have been normal unless the friendly staff wouldn’t have helped with everything. They also have a deal with a nearby parking, ask in reception.
This hotel is beautiful - the staff were friendly and warm, the room was perfect. I would stay here again in an instant, it was a great experience in a great part of the city. 5 stars!
Very special hotel, great design, comfortable room, attentive service. Felt like went back to vintage time... had a pleasant rest. Close to everything in the city center.
A very well located clean comfortable hotel. However i would class it as a good 4* and not a 5* as it does lack certain amenities you would expect from a 5* establishment
Super, quirky little townhouse hotel a tucked away from the tourist hoards. The gentleman on reception when we arrived was so helpful and lovely and gave a very warm welcome complete with dining recommendations. Our room was beautiful - exposed brick and very boutique. A lovely spot for a day or 2 in this lovely city. No lift so be warned if you have heavy bags - but that’s the only catch really. Highly recommended!
We absolutely loved this cozy B&B. It’s immaculate, has lovely homey touches, smells and feels like a spa! The owner, Marion, is really wonderful and went out of her way to give us a lot of friendly and honest advice. We stayed in the garden room—the bed was AMAZING...we slept great. The floors are wood and there are really nice touches everywhere. There was an elaborate breakfast with fresh fruit, homemade jams and homemade yogurt. There are two rooms and they share a small kitchen and a small other room with a four-person table. It’s a very short walk to all the sights and markets. Parking is on the street and I imagine during the week might be a challenge. But otherwise, this place is perfect!!!
Richard and Gregoir are excellent hosts. The apartment is small but well equipped, perfect for one or two, and in a quiet but so very central city location. The outdoor space is a plus, as were the tomatoes growing outside the front door, and the parking is a big bonus. Although we didn't see a lot of Richard or Gregoir, we felt very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.
