This is the French version of a Business Holiday Inn. Yes it’s like a Holiday Inn. Ok that might be generous. Therefore, I’m giving this hotel a low, but accurate rating. It isn’t anywhere near a 5 star. There are no subtle luxuries to go that high. The extras are minimal like a 3 star. The chip wood furniture can’t pull itself off as modern or stylish. The carpet is heavily over worn and looks tattered. The bathrooms are decent but the room is tiny. This places best feature is the location but had I known I would have saved myself some money and gone to another hotel.
Beware and really look at the pictures. This hotel looks like it has some great rooms but the ability to actually get one isn’t in your favor. My mouth was totally agape when I was given this small, inner courtyard room. It looks nothing like the pictures or this promise of bright windows. I’ve been so disappointed and hope you don’t think you’re getting a 5 star. This place is a 3 - AT MOST.

A very well located clean comfortable hotel. However i would class it as a good 4* and not a 5* as it does lack certain amenities you would expect from a 5* establishment
Nice hotel in the center but we were a little stress with the check in time as 12:00am was their cut off time for check in. Our flight was delayed and we got in late past 11:00 pm. Then we had to wait for the taxi to arrive because apparently there are not a lot of taxi drivers at that time of night. When we got one, the guy was nice enough and really stepped on the gas for us to make it before 12:00 am. We got in about 8 minutes before midnight. Sigh.
Convenient location, good service from the staff. Unfortunately breakfast spread remains unchanged everyday, so got a little bored with food. Housekeeping can be improved with better provision of amenities (need to request) & I kept having to request for laundry bag and chit (not replaced after I sent my clothes for laundry).

5 mins to Capitole station. 3 mins to the plaza which have morning market. Have many sightseeing spots nearby.
Room is clean and big enough. Has a small balcony. Feels like stay in monument which have trendy interior, is beautiful place.
The bathroom will be a little flood after bathing. And the floor gets wet...
This hotel is really beautiful and comfortable. And location is very convenient. I will choose this hotel again when my next Toulouse trip.
