Sightly dated look, reception staff are polite but not engaging in any way. Small rooms. Daily cleaning is minimal at best, rooms need a deep clean to get rid of some built up dust in the corners. Quite a distance to the centre of town if walking, closer enough to the university though

Friendly staff, quite central

Had a very pleasant stay in this hotel, very clean,decent rooms, close to everything. Excellent customer service. Especially there receptionist Matthew who is courteous, accommodating and helpful.
